When I exported them again, I do not see a column or field to set them as 'Claimable' Since I have over 250, I do not want to have to manually visit each one to turn claimable on. Advice?

Advice, best done by going direct to the mySQL tables, locate the field, select records (listing) for update as appropriate. Very little SQL code to construct but fraught with problems if you get it wrong. I've done this sort of thing for other fields as a mass update and it worked well.

Can't say this enough, backup, backup and backup your database!

Thanks for the reply Roger. (Are you on the support forum more than Support persons?) UGH. Seriously? Now I have to learn SQL all over and scratch my head trying to figure the correct table and command? I definitely can do a database backup, but the rest seems ridiculous. @INKTHEMES - why is this not an option in the import/export cvs? Or in the Theme Options? Why does it feel I am receiving a penalty for using the bulk upload feature to create new listings?

@Inkthemes, any advice on making bulk uploaded Free Listings as 'claimable'? There does not appear to be a field in the import/export csv for this...

So I have to MANUALLY make each one claimable??? Ugh. There are almost 300...Do you have a MySQL query I could run to bulk change the free one to Claimable? This really wold be a good feature to make easier in the interface.

It would be handy to know the table/field that contains this data, it would simple to create a SQL query for this.

'Claimable' is not a clearly named field that I can find so are you able to provide this information?

I have collected the details of over 300 businesses that I want to upload as free listing. I need each listing to be claimable, how can I best do this without messing with database?

    Hello Joshua,

As per your suggestions and requirements, we have successfully uploaded and activated the updated version of the theme in your WordPress,

You are now able to import your listing in bulk with the claimable field, all you have to do is just write the value for the claimable field on for your desired listings in your CSV file.

Also, you can see the individual widget areas for Featured Listings, Single Listing and All Listing pages in your site.

Hope you find the above information helpful,

We have also sent you an email in this regard, please check.

We are still working on the theme and will trying our best to make it more user-friendly,

We would love to hear your suggestions,

    Warm Regards!

I manually made a listing claimable. I then Exported all listings. I did see the new field and the one I made as 'on' - however when Imake all the others on - and re-import, I do not see the others as being claimable. Am I missing something?

    Hello Joshua,

I hope you are trying the things with new uploaded theme, I have already installed it in your site.

Also, there is no any Cache plugin activated in your site, Please check by clearing your browser's cache. You will be able to see the changes.

If you still find the above solution is not helpful then, let me know, I will check your site.

    Warm Regards!

I exported all listing, made them on in the Claimable field, re-imported - I checked in a totally different browser and do not see my on Listings as claimable...that field seems not to "stick" when imported.

Is this problem due to me using a child theme???? If so, why would it matter? If not, can you try exporting all the listings, mark claimable field as on and them re-import? I swear it is just not "sticking" when I do it.
