make lead form optional

Hello,

I am making some changes to the lead form.. I only want to make , "name, email, phone number" REQUIRED, and "Write Your Message here, OPTIONAL... please see the attached picture.

Please let me know how to do this.

 

Hello, I still need the code for this , and also to redirect to different page once user fills out form

I am no longer notified if missing required field. .. page just reloads when I press SUBMIT... Currently all fields are required, and if any are missing, the page reloads
