Please advise how I can make the contact number and email address mandatory. Any change of forcing contact number to be length 10 as well?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
    Email field is already mandatory.
Contact field is not. So we are working on it and will provide you code for it as soon as possible.
Limiting contact to minimum 10 is not possible now.

ok, well due to the lack of spam control, the contact field should definitely be able to be set to mandatory. Please advise soon as a solution is ready. I really do think you need some captcha though!

    Hello,

Appointway theme is updated. Please download theme again from your members area and upload it.

    Updates.
    1) Captcha added for appointment plugin.
    2) Now you can delete appointments through backend.
    3) Appointment widget styled (You can use it for pages other then front page)

After updating theme Please provide the following information listed below.

    Thread Link:
    Your Website URL:
    WordPress Username:
    WordPress Password:

Send this information on our email at [email protected]
We will make contact field mandatory for your site. We can't add it in the theme update because it is not a required feature for all.

    Hi,
Thanks for making those updates. Before I install the updated theme, I want to make sure that I am not going to mess anything up.

I have download the zip file to my computer. Do I now simply search for the theme on the install page and just install the theme?.

Does it overwrite the original, or do I need to delete the original theme first?

Will the changes that I have made to the original theme, such as the front page and small changes to the text using the plug-in editor, logos etc, be lost?

I would like to make regular backups of the whole site, but I don't know how. Is there an uncomplicated way to do this?

    Many thanks

    Paul.

    Hello,

Firstly install the default WordPress theme and then delete your theme.

ok, lets try and get this resolved.

Firstly, the new theme is version 1.0.7? Correct?
Second, to upgrade your documentation states:

"First Method :- You can update your theme through your FTP, you just need to replace existing theme directory by newly downloaded theme directory from members area as shown in (img-1). You wont lose any existing data. The themes are uploaded in the wp-content/themes directory."

The above is NOT explicit enough. Do I delete the directory and re-create with all files or can I upload with "overwrite" option. I did the later but only 1 of the 3 upgrades works i.e. No Captcha, no rendering same as front page from widgets. The mandatory contact number field does work.

Please advise as I see someone tested this and emailed me to say all was working, which it isn't?? URL - www.alarms4u.co.za

For Paul above, the data remained in tact at least, so no worries on that one.

    Thanks
