Hello,

I see you posted three different threads which one do we need to follow ? Are you sure it happened after the update because their were no code changes made to those pages you are showing in the images above ?

There was a similar issue which occurred with you in April where the listing description, word and picture got missing on one of your clients site. I see that they have been fixed by one of our support members. Did you made any custom changes to the clients theme ?

If not, please send us your WordPress dashboard login details and we will look into the issue for you.

Above 2 didn't solve after i try again today - before template update.


Current issue happen after update. i had try other way- delete the template and re-upload and activate again, the google map function now, but the 5s upload picture cannot see as well, even the delete(X) button, in client edit listing page only. but in admin edit listing page is allright. my client call me, his edit listing page upload image cannot function , and i use his username and password to enter also meet the same condition.

I do not made any custom changes to the clients theme. Confirm. I just perform daily business listing checking. Routine only.

While doing Add New Listing Process in Client Account. Everything is ok.

But after that we de Edit Listing, the condition happen.

Hello,

We have disabled image view from edit listing page. User can remove or change images through url.
Images will display while uploading.

 

well, i see. but why don't you keep it, because most of the client are not professional, they need this support so they can manage with easily way, because they can see what image are there and images sequence currently, is seem not more user friendly. They are not professional, and we teach them to get usual with this system. and my user manual need to change again.
