Manual Slider not working properly in Chrome

I searched all existing threads quite thoroughly and I couldn't locate any related posts. I hope you can help me with the slider.

Question # 1: the dots under the slider are not responding.
Question # 2: the left/right arrow under the slider description box do not show up
