Marketplace themes has the worst tech support

Why offer such beautiful themes if you can't back it up with tech support? I am so used to the best and reliable support here on inkthemes who are always very helpful with all the themes i've used. I got 2 marketplace themes ans am very frustrated with its customer support. Why not just take out all this marketplace themes coz no one seems to buy them anyway and those who do are not very happy with them judging from the forums.
