Media library issue

Hi.
I have a problem with my media library in wordpress, I can't see any of the images that has been uploaded. It says it's 48 images there, but i can't find anyone... Please assist!

Hello,

You can't see Images in the media library, Which you have uploaded in the ads and in theme option panel.
Those images are stored in the wordpress uploads directory.

wordpress\wp-content\uploads
