Members not able to access their dashboard

Hi,

Registered members of the site are getting below message when they click on "My Dashboard" button:

"You are not allowed to access this part of the site"

Kindly help to resolve this issue

Hi,

My URL is www.howzad.com.

Users are not able to access their dashboard.

Also, when I click on the classified option to approve ads, I get following message :"This is somewhat embarassing, isn't it?" and it leads me out of admin dashboard area.

Please help me resolve both the issues.
