    hi,I did what you saybut the problemcontinues.In thistopic,I talked to my hosting providercomponents necessary phpyou saidbutthe problem continues.My server right now inphp5.4version is installed.thisvideocontactphp5.4compatible with?, andextrato the serverto install any component.

    Yes theme is compatible with php 5.4 and no need to install extra plugin to work this theme.
    Let me know your captcha issue is resolved or not.
