Membership Plugin - Unexpected Errors

First Problem:​

After the Membership Plugin installs the following Warnings appear. The same or similar warnings have appeared on several different installs on different membership sites. I can protect content but wondering what is going to go wrong with these warnings appearing.​

Please advise as to how to correct problem.​

Second Problem:
What doe fatal error mean when it shows plugin installed successfully?
