Menu at the right side of the full width page

Hallo,
Is it possible to ad an menu on the right side of the full width page in state of submenu on the menubar? Of course without to many changes to the theme. I inclosed an example picture of a site to show you what I have in mind.

The picture that I inclose in the previous thread was an example (the site of this is http://www.heilzaamgeraakt.nl/klachten/voor-wie.html ). I would like to be able to put a menu on the right site of the pages that are made with full width template.
