#1 How do align the menu from left to right on each page
#2 How do I remove all the dotted lines around the menu, menu item separators
#3 How do I place a headline above the slider, without using the infobar
#4 How can I display my telephone number and contact email on 2 separate lines on the contact us panel in the header.
