Menu change color

Hi I want to make the menu like this page http://www.bridalaccessoriesuk.co.uk/

how can I do that?
and is it possible to change the White backgroundcolor on the menu?

Sending header.php file download and replace it with your existing header file.
For background color:
Paste this code in Custom CSS
Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS
.menu-wrapper {
background: white!important;

}
