Menu collapses when I reduce the size of the browser window

Hi there -

I am working with Cloriato Pro and I am having difficulties with the following things:
1. when I reduce the size of the window, the menu collapses. - I have been able to make the body fixed but would like to fixate the menu as well.

2. Mobile view: could you please tell me how I can have the a clean layout on mobile devices?
Currently, everything is disproportionate.
