menu drop-down colors

I noticed that at the bottom of some of the sub-menu drop downs there's a little bar of color, while on others there is not. Is there any way to make it so it appears on all of them drop-downs?

In my case, the bar of color appears under the New Patients and Conditions Treated sub-menus, but not under any of the others.

Don't worry, I am now unable to reproduce the issue. Hopefully it was a fluke. I'll post again if it comes back, next time with screenshots.
