Menu en IE and Chrome with problems

Hello! Buy and install Andrina Themes. They can see it at www.pinonfijo.com.ar/recruitment. Initially works fine in Firefox but in Chrome and IE malfunctioning the menu. Instead of entering into some pages remains in the home. OR a time that has already entered a page can no longer be back to visit. I need you to solve it. My English is not good, i hope to be clear. You issue has been resolved.
WP Super Cache plugin is creating the issue with the theme, so I have deactivated it.
You can search alternative of this plugin on WordPress.org.
