Menu floats on top of light box and pop up screens

Hi​

The menu seems to appear over the top of pop up screens and light boxes. This means it covers up the content on the pop up window,etc. is there a way to stop this happening?

It's on any page on http://www.eatingtherapy.co.uk/

For example if you click on the telephone scheduling button i've added on the right hand widget bar a lightbox appears. It looks like its actually anything in the header appears over the light box. Here's a screen shot.
