Menu icon hidden back wordpress bar when logged as subscriber

Hi,

I am using using Blackwell in a website where I'm also using a membership plugin (membersonic) but what is happening is that when I login as a suscbiber user the menu icon hides back the upper WP black bar. see attached image.

When I login as an administrator the menu icon appears ok.

How can I make the menu icon NEVER hide back the WP loged bar?
