Menu not working in mobile view

I just saw that the menu is not working in the mobile view at my site:

You are kindly suggested to reinstall the latest version of the theme from the members area.

Here are the steps of doing so, please have a look.

Download the BlackBird theme by logging in your members account:

http://inkthemes.com/members/member

Next, you have to extract the zip file and rename that folder blackbirdtheme like blackbirdtheme_new,

Again, you would need to create a zip file of that renamed folder (say: blackbirdtheme_new.zip),

Now, upload the theme in your WordPress from Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New,

Then, activate your theme,

This way you can install and activate your updated version in your site, keeping the copy of your older version in your WordPress

Hello Priyanka,

thank you for the quick response. I did it as you said but it didn't resolve the problem.
The menu still didn't work in the mobile version. I have a multisite and it was customized (hard coded) through
your support: http://www.inkthemes.com/community/...-pages-navigation-menu-at-mobile-phones.5294/

The second problem ist that I have a language (flags) switcher at my site. As I tried the new theme version the flags disappear and
I had to switsch to the old version.
