Menu on mobile won't allow me to go to another page; it jumps to top of page

    Can you help? If I'm on my mobile phone and trying to go from one page to another using the menu, it does not work. It simply jumps to the top of the page.

    Is there some setting or code I need to change so I can easily navigate from page to page?
