How can I change my menu so there are vertical lines (pipes) in between each menu option and when scrolling over each option the whole space from pipe to pipe for that particular menu item is highlighted for both hovering and when it is on that page?
Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. Sorry. If this isn't something you're able to do then you would need to hire a freelancer for this.
