I have added more menu items, both categories and pages. But when added, they do not show up in the main navigation. I have tried getting rid of the margin on the left but even when I change that, the menu is stuck in its position. http://sacramentowebdesigner.net/snow/

I think you miss read my problem. I have already created the menu. The problem is when I add new pages to the menu, they don't show up on the page. Example : I have 8 pages that are in the menu, only 5 display on the website.
