This isn't a current problem but one that I think I'll have to deal with as the number of listings increases. The current flip out menu is too clunky for me so I went with a customized Uber Menu. I think up to 100 listings I'll be ok but when I get into the thousands the homepage menu is going to get to big and crowded for anyone to navigate. My current menu is State > Town > Business Type

One idea is to install a multisite version and as I add new States make each one a sub domain.

Has anyone had to deal with this yet and if so, please share how you are managing it?

I am just building my site so I haven't dealt with this, but I can tell you that I tried to use Ubermenu on Classicraft Theme and you run into issues. Support told me that I would have to have some customization done to make Ubermenu do what I needed it to do. If Geocraft is similar it won't work on mobile sites. It will show the navigation bar and menu categories, but when visitors click on it, it stays on the homepage. Hope that helps.

Hi Nancy: I have a team of developers that I pull into this project as needed. They created a Child theme for all of our customizations. The Uber menu works just fine and on mobile it converts to "Responsive Menu" which also works just fine. We're tightening up the distance between listing on the menu and when we reach critical mass our plan is to do another install and manage each one by region.
