My clients cannot login on the website to change their page..

What could be the problem and how to fix this?
The sign up works just fine... They get an email with their login and a link... but that does not work! And I have already aproved their sign up.

Your test does not work! I tried adding a new one myself... that does not work neither...

this worked before... Not sure whats going wrong?

the email sends this msg to new signups EG:​

Username: Pierre
Password: *******
http://cityseekers.co.za/wp-login.php​

when they log in they get this msg.​

You are not allowed to access this part of the site.​

the signup page should be http://cityseekers.co.za/wp-login.php?action=login. i know that I can change this using plugins, ​

but I don't want to send them a page that they can see wp-login. can we not have a personalized url login page.​

I have decided to stop working on the site till this is solved. I see that other users have this problem as stated above and doesn't seem like its been solved.​

Hello Pierre !

Please make a separate thread with your issue under geocraft theme.
And the theme have not such type of issue.
All these are because of accessibility roles.
Only admin can access the whole dashboard.
May be that part is restricted to other users.
May be that is only for admin.
