I am having some meta issues. The page title is doubling up, there is no meta description even though it is showing in the SEO Options and word count is over 600 (see below). Hello, This issue is occurring because of "Yoast WordPress SEO plugin" you are using. Go to header.php present in your theme directory and replace code highlighted in the image with the code given below. Code: <?php wp_title(''); ?> This will solve your issue. Thanks & Regards Gourav Shrivastava

Please check your plugin settings. And fill fields again. If you use default seo options in the theme option penal. Then only we can provide you any suggestion.
