So I was trying to use Google's Data Highlighter to "teach" Big-G about how the Listings pages were 'Local Business' relevant. (It would be waaaaay nicer if the code behind the page was already scheme.org compliant, but anyway.) Google's tool "choked" because (for example) some fields required for local business were simply missing. Now the page displays Social Links: even when there are none, but it does not display Phone: on the page when there is none. So the page layout kind of breaks the Data Highlighter tool... I would prefer not to have to put in a a default value for missing phone numbers if possible, but that might be my only work around. @INKTHEMES - any chance you could adapt GEOCraft's build in page templates to be microdat/rich snippet compliant? It would save a lot of work for site owners and make the sites more interesting and spiderable for Google.
I agree with Joshua .. this should be a standard functionality for a directory theme and it is disappointing that it is not built into the theme.
i new flat theme design is a must! that it will exercise sales too, i think! i saw many cool deigns in theme forest...
You know what - I didn't know about this tool! Trying it out now on other sites first and then on my directory site to see what happens!

As frustrated as I might have been/am, I remain hopeful that with the programmers we WILL get to the point of Business Directory AWESOMENESS. SEO, anti-spam, Schema markup friendly templates, easier bulk editing, unique sidebar widgets, etc....all will make the GEOCraft theme stronger, easier to use and easier to sell. I look forward to the next update, perhaps with it I can finally go live.

Still looking forward to either having schema built into the theme or at least to make the theme friendly to use with Google's Data Highlighter tool. If you try their tool you will see it "chokes" on GeoCraft's page/code structure. Any news?
