Missing Footer?

I've just done a fresh wordpress/theme install and the footer appears to be missing from the front-page

I've hidden the contact form as i noticed this was missing the submit button and now the footer has returned. With the contact form enabled it also seems to hide the admin bar also!

Could you please specify your issue with the help of screenshot images.

 

I've figured it out now, it's because Recaptcha is enabled as default which makes a brand new install look like this http://businessgrow.i1024.co.uk/

Personally I would recommend the default option for Recaptcha be set to off to avoid this confusion!
