Missing pictures in menue bar

Hi

Choosing the normal theme I get lines between the menue items and a small white triangle at the top if I choose an item. As I installed the Pro-template there are no lines between the items an noch white triangle.

whats wrong there?

this guy is so helpful it's a joke. he always asks for your admin credentials whatever the problem is.
i couldn't download the theme i purchased and all he had to do was to send it to me by email but no, he wanted the admin credentials to my website.
what a joke.

I can understand your concern, I would like to inform you that, once we receive any query, we first test the theme in user's scenario before replying them.

If we don't get any issues at our end then, we ask them to provide screenshots of the concerned areas along with login details.

So that, we can take care of their site professionally and resolve the issues as quickly as we can.

Asking for dashboard details is a normal thing from our end and users cooperate us in this.

It's an attempt to fix the error/issues as quickly as we can. We won't harm anything.

Just fix the issue and inform about it.

Once the issues got resolved, site admin can change their credentials later.
