Mobi Site

Morning,

I am looking at my mobi site on the iphone 4s and at the bottom it asks if
"Switch to our mobile site" ???

It is the mobi site.

I'm seeing the site but other people who have the iphone 5 are not seeing the
site ?

Is there a CSS code for iphone 5 ?

I'm in the customize section of the website on my PC.
I'm seeing the mobile version of the site instead of the PC side ???
If you notice the bottom of the site ask if you want to see the mobile version
when I'm already in it.
something is wrong with settings ?????

See Screenshots.
On the phone I'm seeing the desktop version only.
I click on mobile version but don't get it.

PLEASE HELP !!
