Mouseover in Three colums Feature

Hello,

in the discription of the three colums feature I want to show the link (in english "read more....) already in the first step with background black and font white, the same as on mouseover. My themecolour is black. (Sorry, I want to send an screenshot with these message, but everytime I produced an error by uploading....)

I didn't find the place where I can change it...
