Move Product Name and Billing Terms Below Checkout Button

The solution offered in the following thread causes my Product Name and Price to be hidden when a user is logged out.

Please offer a solution where this does not happen.

Hello,

It is not possible to show "Product Name and Price" when a user is logged out, after changing place of checkout button, we checked it before giving you the solution.
So only way to choose any one of them both are not possible.
