Move text in Header to the Right

Can you help please, I would like to move the Contact Us in the header over to the right underneath the flags, can you please help.
Also is it possible to reduce the depth of the header to make it a bit smaller.

I have attached a screen shot of the Header. I would like the Contact Us and Telephone number to be in bold and on the right side of the header underneath the flags.
Is it possible to make the header area smaller (ie) less depth.
