I am trying to use the Geocraft theme to create a directory but am finding many bugs throughout the theme. - The Social Media icons that new listings can add do not actually show up anywhere. How to get them working on the the clients listing page? - The Tags do not work. How to get them to work on the listings? - The Listing Options (Free, Basic & Recurring) look bad. The text is compiled too close together with no spacing between paragraphs. We cannot use html to style these at all because the html code is visible. How to stylise the Listing Options without the code showing? - The dropdown Menu in Nav bar disappears from 3rd generation. - The 2nd tier Categories that clients choose do not show in Submit listing page... only 1st tier categories show. How to show 2nd tier categories? - The emails that are sent to new registered users are too simple and say From: Wordpress. How to change the email? Thanks.
Wow! that's some list, but for some reason the theme works Just take it one step at a time and build on it, all works. Take care

Hello, 1) I think you are checking social icons for free listings. Go to custom field edit facebook, Google + etc and set them to show for free listings too. 2) Go to the Business listings > Listing tags and create tags from there. They will definitely work. 3) We have added restriction in free listing for html tags. They are working fine in one time and recurring payments. For free payment Go to the geocrafttheme\library\controls\admin_setting\theme_settings.php and remove highlighted text. 4, 5) Please do send your site link for this issue because dropdown menu and category is working at our side. 6) For registration mail WordPress default mailing function is used.
