Multiple "PayPal IPN - payment receiver" makes ads always on top

I received many identical emails for one specific Ad with subject "PayPal IPN - payment receiver" and "PayPal IPN Debug Email Main" and the message say that:

So, the problem is that:
i received today one email like that, but it's from a payment did on 7 february, so now the ad in on top like it's payed today..

Ok, I thought it was necessary to enable the ad, no ? Am i wrong ? If I disable it, the ads are activated anyway?

Hello Luca!

It is not necessary to enable IPN, it is a Paypal feature for debugging.
If you disabled it all works fine no effect on theme functioanlity.
