Multiple versions of theme widgets on Homepage

Is it possible to have multiple versions of theme widgets, such as Team Section, Service Section, Pricing Section, etc. on the homepage? For example: I'd like to have two rows (8 items) instead of one row (4 items) in my Service Section; I'd like to have three rows (9 items) instead of one row (3 items) in my Pricing Section; etc.

I would like to tell you that if you wish you can shuffle the sections as per your choice but having multiple sections of the same is not possible with the theme.

I'd like to add 2-4 additional rows of services (8-16 services). I am happy to add the content in an editor. In other words, I don't need the admin UI to accommodate the extra functionality.

As per your requirement, I would like to inform you that it could not be done from the frontend or outer editor of the theme as the whole structure of the concerned section needs to be altered. This will require some customization in the source code of the theme which would be chargeable.
