Multisite Network Issue

I am using this theme on a WordPress multisite network platform. I have created a few different sites for lead generating. The leads that are entered on one site show up in all of the other sites back end admin panel.

I assume the network is set to share the same database for leads. How can I fix this so my different sites only show leads from that one site?
