My Account page is empty

I've asked this question over on the WordPress.org forum, but after 2 days there is no reply. So I'm posting it here in the hopes that someone may know the answer.

The My Account and Manage pages are empty, both in the VideoCraft theme and in the default WP themes. I don't see any settings in relation to these pages.

Any ideas?

It's a WordPress issue. You will get it's better solution at WordPress.org.
Note: Please update your WordPress to the latest version. or
I hope re-installing WordPress will resolve your issue.

I posted the same question on Wordpress.org over a week ago, no response at all.

Do I have to delete everything to re-install WP?

Firstly search any backup plugin from WordPress.org and upload it and create your backup after that re-install your WP.
