"My category" Blog Post not displayed on front page

Hello,
I need only "projects" category of my blog posts show up on the my front page.
I changed "front-page.php" code, but my "projects" category posts not displayed...

How do I make the right?

this is my code:
$args = array(
'post_status' => 'publish',
'posts_per_page' => $post_limit,
'meta_key' => 'img_key',
'meta_value' => 'on',
'order' => 'DESC',
'category_name'=> 'PROJECTS'
