My footer section does not appear

I installed the Harrington theme and everything works fine except for the footer area. The black section with the four widget areas does not appear, while I filled them in. What could be wrong?

Download a fresh copy of latest theme from members area and upload it to your website.
That will resolve your issue.

Hello Yogesh, I did that and no success :-(
When I go to a subpage: the footer is there! But why not on the homepage? I did not change anything, apart from adding a logo and some texts.

Any ideas?
