Are you using same code in home page also?
Try another unit ad. Same code work in one site and does not work on other. You can go for adsense support may be adsense not verified yet that site.
May be any CSS code or plugin effects.

others still allright.....

the header adsence code is same for every page......

but home page and who we are page not appealing.


Other pages is allright on header and side bar like:

To fix this you have to go for your google adsense account and generate new code for this site.
And may be you have to verify your website also on google adsense account to match the criteria.
