Hi there guys. Just started building my site. Done the main/front page and using your ColorWay Pro Theme, but it doesn't work properly on an iPhone 4S Safari browser. The main slider images don't show up at all...and the whole format seems wrong. Could you tell me what's wrong please. Thank you.
I can't find this supposed updated version in my 'Members area'. Wouldn't it be more helpful and 'supportive' on a Support Forum to simply provide 'the route' or 'pathway' I need to follow in the Members area...so that I can easily and simply find where this update is, rather than the frustrating ping-pong of bitty messages? A little more helpful information is always beneficial to customers. Thank you.

Gourav Once again...you're ability to provide as little information as possible just astounds me. I'm not a big techie. This is all quite new to me...and in my eyes I'm doing a reasonable job so far. But would it really hurt you to just expand a little more and reveal to me what I'm supposed to do when I access the members' area? There's no button that says 'click here to download latest version'. Which file is it? Do I have to perform some sort of back-up etc? Is there anything else I should know/need to do? You do this every day of your life...so you know what you're doing. I don't. I'm new to this. So a little empathy and understanding on your behalf wouldn't go amiss!! Once again...please could you just provide some simple and yet comprehensive instructions so that even the most naive person could get this right (which you could have chosen to do in your last email). I look forward to a less-lazy response. Thank you.
Gourav...your reply is "Support mail sent". Great. So I go to my email. Yet all I've received from you is an email that simply contains the words...."Support mail sent" Nothing else at all. That's it! It's all becoming a bit of a joke. I'll ask again...can you please provide me with some useful information about my problem.
Please also check your mail box once again, we have sent you the updated version of theme by [email protected] with the subject "InkThemes".
Finally got the email through. Once again...little or no instructions provided to assist the process for me. Found your tiny 'read me' note...but this really didn't help me at all. Finally uploaded new theme...to then get this message... Installing the theme… Destination folder already exists. /home2/clearin3/public_html/wp-content/themes/colorwaytheme/ Theme install failed. Can I just ask you one question...are you really incapable of just writing out some 'very easy to understand' instructions on here, so that a novice like myself can effortlessly update his Theme. You seem intent on exchanging 'one sentence replies'. I'm not sure if you're doing this on purpose to be antagonistic or whether it's because you're lazy and can't bothered. Why not just provide a paragraph of simple instructions. I'm sure people on this forum are reading this and wondering what you're trying to achieve. I came here for some help...so please can you help me. Or maybe pass this thread on to another member of your support team....who is willing to help.
