My website is showing funny icons and android portrait is lop-sided

Hi Support,

Can you help look into this problem of mine, please?
I have 2 pictures attached:

1) Well, if you go to my website www.isniffy.com as normal, you will get to see funny icons appearing pretty much around the menu bar, the Post Ad button (which is supposedly orange) now it has a silouette of a picture.

2) I'm using my missus' android phone and viewed it in portrait...similar issue with my fixed iPad, but that was fixed by removing the background images..this time, i'm not sure what causes it.
