My white background dissapeard in posts

I wanted to remove the sidebar from my posts. I followed directions in the forum. I replaced blog.php and single.php from the zip you provided. The sidebar is gone but so is the background. Here have a look http://www.holistichealingcollective.org/menu-post-1/
