Hi there, I m using the Colorway Theme, everything is fine but the navigation menu isn't working on smartphones. The Navigation menu appears but when you click on it nothing change, the menu doesn't open. I am sure than your theme must be working with mobiles so what could trouble this fonction? Maybe those informations could be relevant to fix the problem: I use the pluggins W3 Total Cache and All in One SEO Pack Pro. Thank you very much in advance
It maybe a plugin issue so please deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Thank you very much for your anwer. The problematic plugin was WP Wunderground This plugin is very useful to improve the speed of the website. I added it because from some countries the website is downloading very slowly. Do you know if there is any chance to make this plugin (or any other to improve the speed) works with your theme? You can use "Wp-super cache" plugin to speedup your site loading time. Also use images of recommended image size in your site. Note: Deactivate "Wp-super cache" plugin while making any content related changes on your site.
