Need Help installing Videographer WordPress Theme - Lifetime

I have already installed CherryFramework and that seems to be installed fine.

Once I try to upload the theme.zip it gives me this in responce
"

Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
This theme requires a parent theme. Checking if it is installed…
The parent theme could not be found. You will need to install the parent theme, CherryFramework, before you can use this child theme.
Theme installed successfully.

I have had this same issue. Just purchased the videographer theme and after installing the most up to date cherryframework.zip to my wordpress themes - Cherry framework no shows up in the theme menu in the dashboard as well as in the quick menu to the left.

Upon each installing of the downloaded theme.zip (videography theme) I get the same message as Brandon above.

I followed the link provided my Naveen in the post above and followed the steps to no results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Hello,

You must have installed the cherry framework first and then the theme.

Please extract the zip file and you will get all the stuff there.

This will help you to figure it out and resolve the issue(s).
