Need help to set up directory

Hi,

I purchased the Geocraft directory today after being delayed waiting for your staff to finally answer some questions that I had about how usable and easy the theme is to use.

I've had a look through what you call the Pro version and it's not easy to use at all. I know my way around WordPress pretty well but your sales pitch makes no mention of editing code, the video's are basic and your documentation doesn't give me all the information I need to set up the directory.

One of the stipulations of me buying the directory was that your staff help me to set up the directory and import a CSV file. I need to add four categories with sub categories, make changes to the colour in the header and I want to delete the orange "post your listings" button.

Please respond asap as I'm on a very tight schedule to complete a directory for a client.

Hello Alex,

You can upload listing parent categories through csv and you can create sub categories through dashboard.

For header color.
Paste this code in Custom CSS
Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS

Code:

.header_wrapper .header {
background: your color value;
}

"post your listing" button is an image. you can change it from
Theme directory > images
and edit images "post-btn-center.png", "post-btn.png" through Photoshop or any other image editing tool.

Nitesh, I was promised by your company that you would do the importing of the CSV file for me and to date I've had no one from your company coming through with your promise. I spent over two weeks trying to pries out information about your Pro theme because your trial theme has limited functionality.

Since getting the Pro version and looking at your documentation and vidoes, I'm disappointed that you would charge US$99 for this theme. The reason I bought at the full price was that your company assured me that you would handle the import of the CSV file for me and give me assistance with the theme given that I
ll be pushing the other themes in your range.

Please either hiniur your promise to me about doing the CSV file, or please refund my purchase so I can move on.

Please respond in kind as soon as possible as I'm now in a very tight deadline
