Need slider and form to appear on static home page

I need the slider and form to appear on static home page.
also, I would like to replace the form with a gravity form - is that possible?

For static page slider,

You can use Smart Slider 3 plugin shortcode on your desired page and make that page as static page..

And regarding form requirement,

Please send me HTML code of gravity form and I will replace the existing form with your desired one..
