Hi there guys, I have the Thrive Themes Architect plugin which is not working properly. I have been in contact with their support who have advised the following: On Sept 19 Hello Maggie, Can you please set up a backup for your website and check this issue with a default WP theme? The following error occurs when using Thrive Architect: https://www.screencast.com/t/vipyhIO0T I’ve tested the plugins and they seem to work fine from my end. I can see this error showing up: https://www.screencast.com/t/RsxWUrJyX which seems to be caused by the theme. Can you switch to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Seventeen, to rule this out? Normally, if the theme is built according to the WordPress codex, its settings should be saved in the your WordPress database. So when you switch back all settings will also be the same as you set them. If you are unsure, you can also create a backup of your site. Let us know if you need further help. Could you please have a look at the issues and I will email the credentials to you now in case you need to go in and have a look. I have not tried using the TwentySeventeen theme to test as I am too scared to muck up the clients website. I have created a backup with backdraft plus in the meantime.
