Need space between header and page content

I have made some custom CSS changes (with your assistance) and now I need to create a little space between the header and the page content. As you can see from the screenshot, the page content is directly underneath the header now. I would like to add a little space or padding between the page content and the header. I would like everything to look the same as the screenshot, but just have the text start a few lines down instead of being so close to the header. Thank you!
