need to add pic to front page in bottom featured area

On the front page of woodpecker, in the "Bottom Featured Area", I want to add a photo just above the box that has text and a link, it's the button text and button link. I need to add a pic just above that. Here is a link to the site for reference https://hibiscustravel.net/ and here is the imagfe that needs to go in there at around 200px (or whatever size is appropriate)

If you could just write code for ity and send it to me I would add everything, thanks so much
